EVOLUTION: RECONNECT TO YOURSELF
Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training 2026-27
Frankfurt in Person · Online · Optional India Retreat
A Journey of Growth and Transformation

Dear Yogis,

We are happy to share our 220-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, beginning in Autumn 2026. This seven-month program combines in-person weekends in Frankfurt with online study and guided practice, offering a structured yet flexible path to deepen your understanding of Kundalini Yoga.

An optional retreat in Rishikesh, India, will be offered as part of the training, providing the opportunity for a deeper immersion in the practice and its traditional context. Participation in the retreat is not required.

Evolution: Reconnect to Yourself reflects the intention of this training: to support the process of growth while remaining connected to one’s own centre. Through steady practice, study, and reflection, yoga becomes a practical tool to navigate change with clarity, balance, and awareness.

This training is designed for those who wish to deepen their personal practice, as well as for those who feel called to share yoga with others. The program integrates kriya practice, asana, pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy, and anatomy, offering a comprehensive foundation rooted in classical teachings and contemporary understanding.

Open to all levels — practitioners, teachers of other disciplines, and committed beginners — the training supports individual development within a supportive learning environment.
