Stabilising the Inner Expansion Kundalini Yoga — Presence within Growth Saturday, 10 May · 11:00–12:30 Montez Kunstverein Frankfurt As spring continues to unfold, nature reminds us that growth does not need to be forced. Expansion happens in rhythm, supported by stability. This Kundalini Yoga session explores how inner steadiness can accompany phases of development and change. Rather than moving outward without orientation, the practice supports a centred inner reference, allowing energy to unfold with clarity and continuity. Through rhythmic Kundalini kriyas, standing sequences, and guided pranayama, circulation is stimulated, the spine is activated, and the natural movement of breath is supported. The practice is dynamic yet grounded, allowing openness to develop while maintaining inner alignment. As the physical body stabilises and the breath deepens, the emotional field may begin to settle. Tension can soften, supporting a sense of quiet confidence and continuity within change. Breath and attention remain central throughout the session. Through pranayama and meditation, the mind is guided toward clarity and steadiness. The rhythmic patterns of breath support regulation of the nervous system, while meditation offers space to observe and integrate internal movement with awareness. Yoga at Montez Kunstverein Frankfurt takes place within a unique atmosphere of contemporary art. Practicing in this inspiring environment allows movement, breath, and stillness to meet creativity — a spacious and grounding setting where art and yoga naturally blend.
