Kundalini Reset
Moving with the Seasons
Online Mini Retreat
Sat Nam dear Yogis,
I hope you're all having a beautiful week.
As October moves towards its end, we can feel the gradual transition into the colder months. The days become shorter, the light changes, temperatures drop, and nature begins to settle into a different rhythm.
These changes are not only happening around us. Our bodies, energy, and minds are inseparable from nature and the environment we live in. Just as nature moves through its cycles, we also experience changes in our physical energy, emotions, and inner rhythms.
For our next Kundalini Reset – Moving with the Seasons, we'll take some time to explore these natural transitions, to learn from them, and to consider how we can remain connected, balanced, and serene while life continues to change.
Through Kundalini Yoga, we'll work with kriyas, conscious movement, pranayama, relaxation, and meditation. The practice will focus on preparing ourselves for change, cultivating the ability to remain calm when calmness is needed, and to respond with clarity and energy when circumstances call for action.
The idea behind Kundalini Reset is not to reset Kundalini energy itself, but to give ourselves time, through Kundalini Yoga practice, to renew our relationship with change and with the different circumstances of daily life.
Whether in our personal lives, family relationships, work, or other situations we encounter, bringing more awareness and attention to what we do can help us develop a broader perspective. Sometimes this means knowing when to act, sometimes when to pause, and sometimes simply allowing things to unfold without needing to control everything.
And perhaps, most importantly, learning to remain present and enjoy life while it continues to move and change.
Sunday, October 25 | 10:00–12:30 CET
Online via Zoom | 2.5-hour extended practice
A little about our practice
We'll begin with our regular Sunday Kundalini Yoga class, until around 11:15–11:20, followed by a short five-minute break.
In the second part, we'll spend more time with pranayama and meditation, allowing ourselves to explore these practices without rushing and to observe their effects more deeply.
We'll also make enough space for deep relaxation, giving the body and mind time to rest and integrate the practice.
In a way, it's a small retreat at home — a morning to dedicate a little more time to ourselves and our practice.
Have your usual relaxation and meditation materials nearby. If you enjoy journaling, you might also like to keep a notebook close to write down any observations or insights that arise.
Joining the practice
The session is open to everyone interested in sharing this extended practice, whether you attend regularly or occasionally.
For regular participants, no additional registration is needed. The Zoom link will be shared on Saturday evening.
A recording will be available on Sunday afternoon for those who cannot attend live or would like to return to the practice later.
As we move into this quieter part of the year, perhaps we can take a little inspiration from nature itself: recognising when to slow down, when to be active, and how to remain attentive and present through the changes around and within us.
Wishing you all a beautiful week, and looking forward to sharing this practice together on Sunday.
Sat Nam,
