April’s Practice Clear, Seed, Integrate,
Dear Yogis,
As we step into April, the shift in seasons invites us to embrace clarity, renewal, and quiet transformation. This month, our practice is centered on Clear, Seed, Integrate—a journey of releasing the old, planting new intentions, and allowing them to take root within us.
I want to take a moment to thank each of you for your dedication, your presence on the mat, and your unwavering commitment. It is truly inspiring to see how, despite life’s challenges—whether personal obstacles, distance, or the unpredictability of daily life—you continue to return to your practice.
We all come from different backgrounds, live in different countries, and carry our own personal stories, yet we unite here, on the mat. And that is something profound and grand—a true reflection of what yoga is meant to be.
I was very glad to have started exploring this theme in our last Kundalini Reset, and I hope we can continue together—steady, supportive, and joyful.
Upcoming Classes & Events
🔹 April 4–7 – I will be teaching at a Yoga Festival in Cyprus. During this time, our classes will be pre-recorded so we can stay attuned to the month’s practice and theme.
🔹 Sunday, April 20 – A special Easter Sunday class at Montez Kunstverein, Frankfurt—a wonderful opportunity to gather in person.
🔹 Saturday, April 27 – Kundalini Reset returns for our monthly deep-dive session.
🔹 Monthly In-Person Class at Balance Yoga, Frankfurt – Join me once a month for a class at Balance Yoga City, Frankfurt (16:30–17:45). More details to come.
Throughout the month, both in-person and online classes will harness the energy of early spring to move forward with purpose. Just as nature awakens, we, too, can cultivate growth, stability, and openness in our practice and daily life.
Growth doesn’t have to be serious all the time; a bit of lightness and fun in our practice is always welcome!
Whether you join live or in your own time, this is an opportunity to align with the natural rhythms of the season, reconnect with yourself, and integrate what is needed.
A seeker once asked the sage, “How do I find peace?”
The sage handed him a small bowl and said, “Go to the river and bring me back pure water.”
The seeker rushed to the river and scooped up the water, but as he walked back, the water became cloudy with movement. Frustrated, he returned to the river, emptied the bowl, and tried again.
This time, he stood still. Slowly, the mud settled, and the water became clear.
Smiling, the sage said, “Peace is not something to chase. Be still, and clarity will reveal itself.”
Looking forward to sharing this space with you.
Sat Nam,
Oscar
